  • Managing a request for technical support, as made through the technical support request form on the website. We gather and process users' personal data in order to be able to process and manage the requests and/or petitions they may make through said form. We shall keep this data for the time necessary to comply with their petition and for the time established by the law, with a minimum duration of 3 years.

The legitimate basis for the processing of the data of the interested party is based on compliance with a legal obligation and/or the fulfilment of a contract. In the event that you do not provide us with your details, we cannot address your request.

  • Managing any CVs that are sent in by interested parties through the form designated for that purpose and including them in the database of company candidates. This data shall be kept for the maximum period of one year, after which it shall be blocked for the legally established time, guaranteeing total respect for the confidentiality of both its processing and its subsequent destruction.

The legitimate basis for the management and processing of the CVs of interested parties is the consent they provide when confirming the sending thereof and checking the box for the acceptance of our privacy policy prior to said sending. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing, based on the consent given prior to its removal.

  • Improving the experience of browsing the website. We shall keep this data unless the user revokes their consent for the processing thereof by deleting the cookies and for the time established by the law, with a minimum duration of 3 years.

The legitimate basis for improving the website browsing experience is the consent provided by the user when accepting the cookies. The user has the right to revoke their consent at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to its removal.

Cession or communication of personal data and international transfers

Processing of the data of minors

Those who provide personal details via the forms on this website and who accept the processing of said data thereby state that they are over 14 years of age. Access and use of the portal is prohibited to those under said age. If, at any time, the Parties Responsible detect that a person aged under 14 has provided data of a personal nature, we shall proceed with the deletion of said data.
