(hereinafter LORENZO BARROSO), as the parties responsible for the website, hereinafter the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE, hereby make this document available to the users. The purpose of this document is to comply with the obligations established in Spanish Law 34/2002 of the 11th of July, on Services of the Information society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE from the Spanish), in Official State Gazette No. 166, and to inform all website users of the conditions of use.

All persons who access this website assume the role of a user, thereby undertaking to observe and rigorously comply with the provisions set forth herein and also with any other legal provisions which may be applicable. 

LORENZO BARROSO reserves the right to modify any type of information which may appear on the website, with there being no prior obligation to give forewarning or make users aware of said modifications, it being understood as sufficient to publish said information on the LORENZO BARROSO website.

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements required for it to function, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics are the property of the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE or, if applicable, there is a license or express authorisation from the authors. All website contents are duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and they are also registered in the corresponding public registers. 

Independently of the purpose for which it is intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution or commercialisation of the contents requires, in all circumstances, prior written authorisation from the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE. Any usage that is not authorised beforehand shall be considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights. 

Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics that are not owned by the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE and that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, with the latter being responsible for any possible conflicts that may arise in relation to them. Use of Cookies

Given that the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE cannot always control the contents entered by third parties on their respective websites, the former shall not assume any type of liability regarding said contents. In any case, they shall proceed with the immediate removal of any contents that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or the public order. The link to that website shall be removed immediately and the competent authorities shall be made aware of the content in question. 

The PARTIES RESPONSIBLE shall not be responsible for information and content that is stored in, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other media which allows third parties to independently publish content on the website of the PARTIES RESPONSIBLE. However, in compliance with that established in Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, all users, authorities and security forces are able to actively collaborate in the removal or, if applicable, blocking of all content which may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, morality or the public order. In the event that the user deems that there is, on the website, any content which could be classified thusly, they are asked to immediately inform the website administrator of such. 

This website has been reviewed and tested for correct functionality. In principle, correct functionality can be guaranteed for 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, THE PARTIES RESPONSIBLE cannot rule out the possibility that there may be certain programming errors or that there may occur causes of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances which may make it impossible to access the website.

IP Addresses

The website servers can automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. All this information is registered in a duly registered server activity file which allows the subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain purely statistical measurements. These in turn allow the calculation of the number of pages printed, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of the visits, the access points, etc.

 

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For the resolution of all conflicts or issues related to this website or to the activities which take place on it, Spanish legislation shall be applicable and the parties subject themselves to it expressly.  The Courts and Tribunals closest to ARGENTONA shall be deemed competent in the resolution of all conflicts derived from or related to the website usage.
