Ethical Channel

At LORENZO BARROSO we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal and trusting environment for all our employees, clients and collaborators in general.

For this reason, we have an Ethical Channel to report possible non-compliances or irregularities in the organization, as described in Spanish Law 2/2023, of February 20th, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory and anti-corruption violations.

In every moment we guarantee confidentiality and we protect the identity of the reporting person, for that reason we include the possibility of making the alert anonymously. We treat matters objectively and diligently in accordance with the applicable regulations, we respect the rights of those involved and we take the necessary actions and the appropriate corrective measures.

The Ethical Channel is not an emergency service and it should not be used to report situations of immediate threat. Through the Ethical Channel, only activities related to irregularities described in Spanish Law 2/2023, of February 20th, are managed.
